We are currently offering the following versions of - Denali Enterprise for direct purchase: Denali Standard Version - includes all applications! $1999 for 25 Users - Enterprise Groupware and Team Collaboration Portal. Denali allows an organization to instantly deploy 40 ready-to-run web-based groupware applications. Applications include collaboration tools such as document management, group and individual calendars, task & resource management, "to-do" lists, e-mail, discussion boards, instant messaging, polls, and an fully implemented Help Desk.. Denali is a web-based application designed to run on a Windows 2000/2003 Server. Clients need only a web browser to fully interact with the Denali application. Denali uses a 5-tier security model which allows the client to set usernames and passwords which rigorously control access into and use of the system. Denali is configured to run with MS SQL Server Express (free), or MS SQL Server 2000/2005 as the backend database. This version is partially compiled.
The Denali Source Code is comprised of about 600 ASP.NET 2.0 (.aspx) pages. The code is mostly "inline" style Visual Basic- with less than 50 code-behind .vb pages. Some JavaScript is used for popup window presentation. Microsoft's Visual Studio was not used in the design, and is not required to work with the Denali code. Denali is copyrighted software. Purchasers of the Denali Source Code are granted permission to customize the Source Code for internal use within their organization. Purchasers can not, however, offer the original Source Code or any modification of the Source Code for resale under the name Denali or any other name. Purchasers are not authorized to distribute the Source Code or any modification of the Source Code beyond themselves or the organization named in the original purchase agreement. Purchasers can install and use only a single version (instance) of Denali. Running multiple instances of Denali requires a separate License for each instance.
A number of licensed 3rd party
components are also used in Denali for special functionality - like
receiving POP3 and IMAP email. These 3rd party components are
compiled .dlls, and are copyrighted to their original developers.
The Source Code for these licensed 3rd party components is not
included in the Denali Source Code. A list of these licensed 3rd
party components is shown below. Denali software components (including all licensed 3rd party .dlls ) can never be used independently of Denali, or as a part of another software application. Contact us at: 713-839-5688 or support@dcasoft.com Visit our Home Page at: http://www.Denaliintranet.com |
